Authorized use only
Submit only files you own or are explicitly authorized to recover. Do not use this service to access another person's files or bypass an organization's controls without authorization.
Data handling
The initial file check runs in your browser. If you submit a request, the file, email address and ownership confirmation go to the recovery processing service. Known-password tools also send the file and the password you enter. Case details may be processed for recovery, result checks, abuse prevention, billing and support.
Private access
Your status link is an access capability. Keep it private. Do not paste it into public forums or share previews. Contact support for deletion, privacy or unauthorized-upload requests; do not include passwords in your initial message.
Payment and outcomes
The free file check and an optional paid recovery release are separate stages. The confirmed price and checkout terms for your case control the transaction. No recovery outcome or completion time is guaranteed. An unlocked file is not necessarily the original password.
